The problem could either be your video card or your monitor. First, turn off your computer and monitor. Then check the monitor cables for loose connections. If it does not fix the problem, you should take it to a technician so they can check your video card. But if you have a spare video card, you can also check it yourself. By the way, are you using a desktop computer or laptop? If desktop, are you using LCD or CRT Monitor?

See the back of your monitor. Look for the cable that is attached to the video card. see if it's loose.

May be you can check your personal seetings in the manager of your os and so may be some new componets you installed changed your default colours...or try to rester it may be something related to the colours did not upload correctly during the bootstrap..

Sounds more like a hardware problem - either your video card or maybe one of your monitor colour IC is fried.

i guess you need to have that checked by a technician. maybe some parts needs to be changed or computer need reformatting. i wish i knew something about it. am too dependent on technicians. hope you get it fixed in no time. ann

Ehm... Mostly it comes either on your VGA card or LCD/Monitor. Anyway, let check on your setting in your computer screen properties. Please changed to high resolution. If it is not possible, Please install on VGA card driver once again. When it just normal setting, you play around with LCD monitor. In my experience case, you must change with new VGA card. Because LCD monitor lifetime is more than VGA card.
