If you had your own website..

I actually have my share of personal space here online. One of which is my personal blog, the other one is my online shop. And I've had fansites as well.

I currently have four blogs. One is about Down Syndrome, one about child abuse, one about living organ donation, and one with affiliate links. I just went with what I know best. I also have a pharma site and an eStore. My goal is to learn enough about earning online to invest in a real website with my own URL. I don't know what I will use that one for, I guess all the ones I have running now will tell me what is most successful. I have learned as I went along. I have found the two most important things for getting site hits are meta tags and search engine submissions. I have also found that it takes a tremendous amount of work to promote them daily, keep them updated, and monitor their success. I am, however, determined to stick with it because I have finally started to see a fairly rapid increases in traffic and followers. For those of you doing this, or thinking about it, the best advice I can give you is work hard and don't give up.

Actually, I have got four active blogs.. i have a blog that talks about the latest gadgets out in the market, a shopping directory guide, a travel blog and a personal blog.. it's really tough to maintain four blogs all at the same time because you need to update them once in a while.. I haven't updated my blogs because i have been busy these past few weeks but i'm planning to update them tomorrow or the next day..

I would have a recipe collection website. I love to cook and bake. In my years of doing so, I have collected and perfected tons of amazing recipes. It would be a lot of fun to have a website with all of my tried and true loved recipes in one place for people to go to.
