Building a Downline

hello fellow mylotters,
I have recently started to make money online. I'm doing this through PTCs/PTRs and Survey panels. As I am sure many of you would know, The real way for you to make money with these programs is through referrals.
Referrals aren't always easy to come by and when you get them, all you can do is hope they stay active and apart of your down line.
I was recently tipped off by one of the visitors to my website to review a free down line builder called DownlineRefs ( you can find the link to it at http://randomtask010.webs.com). Basically you put a ad out to the active community and offer a certain amount of credits (which you can earn using their click exchange ) if they join as your referral. They then signup using your referral link and agree to be a active participant in the program for as long as you stipulate in the ad.
This system seems to be working well for me because I put a ad out for someone to join trekpay.com and they had done it within the hour of placing the ad. There is also the click exchange which has the usual 30 second timer per ad, and for a certain amount of credits, you can place a text link to advertise. I have found that the exchange has worked extremely well in getting me trekpay.com referrals (7 out of 100 ad views). This method may be better at getting referrals but it doesn't guarantee their activity like the down line builder does, but I guess if the program that you are advertising is appealing, you have nothing to worry about.
Anyway, thanks for reading and happy mylotting
