Do you know how much does mylot pays for each action like posting,starting discussions,uploading photos?

No one will ever know how much they pay. It is a well kept secret.
As every one is different they pay each person differently. For some one who only does short messages will only get paid little, while the next person who has good quality messages will get paid more.
Not only that your responses are paid differently. There is now sure way of telling how much they do pay.
My advice to you. Don't worry so much on how much Mylot pays, just enjoy the site.
