I got paid from bux to but i got paid after one year.I am thinking of purchasing more referral but i am not sure its right thing to do.Because many referrals get inactive after sometime.Do you have any idea?

if it took you a year to get paid.. why are you even thinking of working the site at all? I'd take my money and tell them to take a hike and put my efforts elsewhere. A year is far far to long to be a "proper payment' term. They don't deserve to be in business if it takes that long to pay their members.

I was just working with them becuase atkleast they paid me but you are right,one year is improper term of payment.I am not going to work anymore with them.Thanks for the suggestion.
