Hi thanks for your comment. But I think you should read the post properly with your eyes wide open. Here the discussion is not about whether verification by VCC is legal or not, but that a mylot user has cheated me of my money, by giving me a fake Credit card. I hope when you too will be cheated in this way, then you'd understand.

I am sorry but I read that person's post and I did not find that they were selling the VCC. It sounded like they were giving information about it but I did not see a referral link in their initial paragraph at all. I also did not see anything where they were asking others to buy it from them or to give them a referral. I did see in the comments where they asked someone who requested more information to PM them so that they could give them info and possibly give the referral, but that is OK they did not post the referal link anywhere and asked the person to contact them outside of the public area for more information. I don't see how this person violated the rules. If they personally ripped you off then you should let everyone know, but if not I can't see that they did anything wrong.

If you had gone through the same ordeal then you would have spoken otherwise. $7.7 may not be big money, but imagine the number of users he would have done fraud. Suppose you were one of them, then you would not have such a cool opinion that he did not do any wrong.

What ladym33 is trying to tell you is in the actual post he didn't break mylot rules. It was with the personal contact you had with this member that caused the problem. Ladym33 is only suggesting that is how you should actually post about this member. With Mylot rules he didn't break those. It was the contact after that, that caused your problem with this person.

Hi js107, First of all sorry for the incident happened to you. Its too bad that you had lost 7 dollars. and 7 dollars earning through internet sites is really not a small fact too.you have your hard work for that 7 dollars. you just learned a lesson from your experience after loosing some dollars. Just try to forget this bad incident happened for you. Now i remember these lines. There is a saying, "Cheaters don't prosper". Sadly cheaters too prosper and even become billionaires. This was told by "Bret the Hitman Hart", faormer WWF champion. he refrred Vince Mcmahon Chairman of WWE. Why i am saying this because, Cheaters will be everywhere. Only we must be alert everytime. Take care. Have a nice time!

I read the discussion, the thing is that one should always remember is that no matter where in life you are, online, offline, there are people who are going to try and scam you out of something. ALWAYS ALWAYS do the RESEARCH before doing anything online. If there is nothing on it anywhere then go to your forums or discussion boards and put it out there and see what others have experienced with what your looking at. I am sorry this happened to you, thing is you also are at fault for believing this person was legit. Did you do the research first before jumping on the band wagon? Could of you done this without this person? I understand it is the person that frauded you, learn this harsh lesson. If you don't know the person your dealing with, research, ask alot of questions if not answered ... you know the drill. Now as far as getting your money back, you have contacted paypal administration, can you file a complaint or have you against this user in paypal as well? Becareful how you explain your situation as well, some will come back at you and sue you for defimation of character. So make sure all contact with this person is recorded, copied, time stamped, etc, so you have proof of what your saying. I hope you can resolve this..
