General check up

How many time do you taking general check up in a year ? or may be if you feel unhealthy then you take general check up. And how important to take general check up to prevent some disease that you may have.

I dont go to the doctor often due to no insurance. I mainly only go to my annual check up and then go to pick up birth control. If I get real sick or something is bad wrong with me then I may go.

Well when i feel no good, i always meet with my doctor because i'm afraid if there something wrong with me or getting some disease and if needed my doctor ask me to get some lab test to make sure. It cost me but i feel more comfortable when my doctor said that i'm okay.
