I am the newest staff in this company,this is my 3nd week career. most of our old staff treats me good..and they are good person. but only one of my staff..she is really very annoying.. whenever she made some mistakes or errros faults..the first step for her to do is pushing all errors on my head...in fact its not me... but bcz she thinks that i am a newer here...easy for others to trust my ability.. i really hate her ..to be a escapist all time. but wt can i do..i dont wanna argue with her. to me the first thing to do is solving problem rather pushing resposiblity to others.. but i think i just try my best to avoid this kind of arguments..and do my best to finish my work have u ever meet some bad hard tough staff? how do u manage ? and in what way u deal with this kind of relationship? thanks so much for ur reading have a nice day
