i had purchased a nokia 3110c before two years...after two days i found my cell was switching off automatically...at least twice a day....then after a month the cell cant even bear a single shake.if it,then it will go to off...i had almost nothing in my phone memory except some messages, themes and tones...yet the memory is shown to be full...even the service center cant explain why....
before six months i purchased a nokia 5800 xpressmusic....it too preloaded with superb problems....it had a manufacturing hardware defect too...the problem is i cant answer my phone through my headset...i found the problem is with the phone..again this phone too restart frequently....i gave my cell along with my headset to the service center wintin 10 days after purchase...do u know what happened...
it is the first phone of this kind purchased in my district...so the service personals used the phone for almost 2 months happily..then they sold my precious headset and told me u had not included the headset along with the package....now i'm using the phone without headset..the problem is not rectified still....now i'm planning to buy a bluetooth a2dp headset...
have u ever experienced the damn stuffs like these....can nokia satisfy customer needs?
tell me ur opinion....sry for bad english..

Hello friend,
Never mind your bad English, I did understand the whole thing.
there are some models of nokia who have some built in manufacturing defects and yours seems to be one of them.
I have used Nokia 3315, 2100, 3150, 2600 , N70 and now I am using N73 Music Edition, which I believe is the best phone you can get now in the sub 15000 range.I am sorry for your problems but I do not thing it would be appropriate to generalise it for all Nokia phones.
True, they are facing stiff competition from all the other companies now but I am sure they will once again justify the slight overpricing of their phones.
