Can you earn cash from paid to surf programs?

I know that there are many legit paid to surf sites out there. But most of them are not actually giving away cash for surfing the websites. They allow the rewards points for traffic exchange. In other words you will get same amount of visitors that you surfed.
I have heard that in some surfing websites we can use these reward points for paid to promote.
can you tell me the sites that actually pay cash for surfing?

I dont prefer to join on that kind of programs. I dont find myself going the right place to earn money. And besides I dont enjoy surfing It makes me bored. I focus here in mylot most. It depends on the persons preferences but for me I love giving response here at myloy.

I don't work such sites either. but I pass on these sites to those who can't earn from bigger programs.

You can try easyhits4u. It gives you 30 cents for every 1000 pages/sites that you surf. You can surf as many sites as you want daily . There is no limit on the number of sites you surf. The minimum payout is 3$ to paypal. I have joined this site two weeks ago and have surfed 5000 pages so far for which I got 1.70$(0.20$ as bonus). The site has been online since 2003. Yes, there are sites that will give you money for surfing. But what I love most of all is easyhits considering that I get to earn from surfing and at the same time get points in exchange for visits to my website. With this site, you get around $.30 per 1000 surf visits. Its small but if you have referrals you can easily reach payout.
