Mr. Mukherjee disappoints taxpayers - do you feel so?

Mr Pranab Mukherjee, the Finance Minister has disappoints the tax payers by marginally enhancing the ceiling. Do you feel that after pay hike in such a maner the Govt. wants its employee to pay back one month of salary.
