I moved from UK to australia 15 years ago. Other than the family I left behind the things I miss most are some of the food items we do not get here.
Mainly - the pot noodles, they taste nothing like the english ones.
The Chocolate is not a nice (less creamy)
The crisps do not have as many variaties.
I still prefer to live in Oz though.
Interested in hearing other peoples thoughts.

Oh, girl, I can relate with you as I also moved from Philippines to Canada. It was soo hard at first, especially my food. Oh, I actually have problems in that 'till now, as I don't really eat a lot of food, I am very choosy when it comes to food and I don't eat vegetables. I'd like to eat plain steamed rice 3 times a day, every meal. Also when I go to restaurants, I find it frustrating that all of the restaurants I know here don't have pineapple juice. I miss our filipino spaghetti sauce, balut, and our vetsin, and I find it hard to get it here, and if I did, it's just too expensive to me. I wish I'd go home and get all those stuff for 5 years supply:) thanks:)

I live in Toronto. there are lots of Philippine stores here that have all kinds of things I am not familiar with. But you are right they tend to be expensive.
