Two days back, I sent $0.10 to one of my friends Pay Pal id from my pay pal account and both of our are of personal type account only. But PayPal deducted the whole 10 cent as transaction fee and my friend got nothing but one transaction entry. How to send such small amount to the PayPal account without any transaction fee? Every suggestion is appreciated in advance.

I just went to Paypal's Help section, and it said to go to the fees section in the User Agreement. This will tell you all of the transaction fees they charge.

Well, if you know what the fees they are charging you know not to do that type of transaction, and therefore, you are avoiding the fee.

If they charge a fee for something, there is no way around it.

I do not know about transaction fees. I have a free paypal account and my limit is $00 per month. So far as I know I have never been charged for sending money. I don't know if there is a minimum amount that could be sent. the smallest amount I have sent is $0.50 and there could be a fee if below that. Cheers!!

I am not charged for the small transactions. If we send 10 cents to some other, they are taking this as transaction fee and they credit nothing into their account .No use in that transaction and only we are loosing the money and the opponent is not getting anything. Thanks for your response.
