Hi, Pinetree!
There are so many regulations on just about everything done in China, I suggest you begin by going to the authorities and finding out what is or is not allowed. Beyond that, you really can get just about everything on the internet, with sites aimed at home schooling. There are even lesson plans, complete educational units, and sources of materials and supplies readily available.
You might also want to continue your own education. I probably could have been good at my job (teaching) with a bachelor's degree, but I learned things far more useful in work on the Master's and Doctoral levels, by far!
Best of luck yo you.

I wish you luck! It won't be easy, but determination means so much! Be sure that anyone you hire to work for you is as conscientiousl as you are for best results, and feel free to contact me or other teachers for help if you need it

I am not quite sure what you mean about "a school about English education".... can you tell me a little more description about what your goals are?

Education needs to be well rounded. I also think it needs to be what we call "whole" education. This is where subjects overlap. With a good, solid base in reading, writing and math anything can be taught using a variety of methods.

I presume that the Chinese government allows private schools?
Obviously you have a degree in English learned in China?
Since you want to build a private school, this implies that you think you could provide your students something that they are not getting from Chinese Public schools. Forgive me for being blunt, but the Chinese elite can be brutal to anyone who "criticizes" them.
Of course, your posting this question could just be an experiment using you as the front-man to see how the English speaking free world would respond to your question.
If my post gets you in trouble, then I believe that was your choice.
As far as details, philosophy, or your motivation, none except desire was disclosed.

Hi pinetree. I think that the first thing to do first is to make sure that you meet all the requirements to be a school owner/administrator. Every country has it's own requirements in putting up an education institution or establishment, so better check this first with your Education Department.
You have to consider your own education or academic qualifications to be a teacher or administrator too.
Also, there are requirements that need to be met regarding the size of the school you are going to put up, qualified teachers that you will employ, academic structure, etc.
There are lots of details you need to look at before coming up with a solid plan. Goodluck.

is not easy to deal with children, i think you should first get the necessary information from the local authority council, becuase a lot of laws and regulation involve when building a school.
also should consider the child's safety & healty when in your premise, insurance, and so on.
