Scour paid to anybody

Hi mylotters, please discuss about the search engine scour, whether they had paid anybody. How many days it took to get the payment from them after having reached minimum payout level.

I did use that website before but stopped because I read alot of people were getting scammed. I have no idea if it was true, I just didn't want to find it out myself.
