do you take a nap after lunch each day?

every day, after lunch, i'll take a short nap for abt 30minutes.
my current job allows me 2 hours to rest at noon.so i spend abt 30m to finish my lunch, 15m to go back to the room after lunch,and abt 40m to have a nap,then 15m to go back to the office.
i said i couldn't live without nap.if no, at least i won't have good energy to study or work in the afternoon, even in the evening. so i'll try my best to save my nap.
well, how abt u ,do u take a nap each day? and usually how long?

Hello, I wish I could take nap after lunch everyday. I would just love to do that, but unfortunately I cannot do it due to my short lunch break. We have only 30 minutes lunch break and a heavy work load, so it is literally impossible to take nap. And when I remember my nap addiction on the weekends, I am unable to do so as I like to watch TV whole weekends...cheers to you...

so many tasks to do, it means ur company has very good business, and not influenced by the global economic crisis.

We don't get that luxury at my job! I wish they would let us take a nap. Sometimes, I am so full that I really want to sleep. I only get an hour for lunch. Just enough time to smoke, and eat and then get back to the grind

i'm very strange why the boss does not give the employees a nap,then they can work better in the afternoon.

No, I do not take a nap. I am awake the whole day. But I make sure that I have enough sleep every night. Good day!

i will feel sleepy at noon,no matter how many hours i sleep at night.
