i was referred yesterday by a frien, so I joined. She has not reached minimun pay out yet so we don't really know if they pay. Can you help me with some useful information?

Buxp is another one of those sites that has what amounts to a forced upgrade policy. I requested payment from them back in the beginning of August. And it still hasn't arrived.
