Is Youtube becoming more strict?

I've been seeing a lot of audio being removed, many accounts being suspended and/or deleted. I've also being seeing video has been removed due to terms... Has Google owning of Youtube made it stricter and less enjoyable because there is always a violation?

Yes i have also found some videos which cant be viewed through you tube . But i think you tube does this as they may be feeling some sort of unnecessary things in that video . this is just my opinion . May be they are filtering the unwanted things and showing high quality videos only . Anyways till now i have found all those videos which i need in you tube .
