Unless working for an airline or travel company traveling for free is unlikely. It is possible to get paid for working overseas like as a teacher of English as a foreign language. It is easy to travel for little money by only going to cheap countries and taking advantage of discounts. Camping in a tent and youth hosteling are bargain types of accommodation. Sometimes it is possible to get really low airfares on budget airlines. Going by coach can be really good value. If I had the chance to fly for free I would go to Peru. Then I would be able to visit Machu Picchu. I would be able to speak Spanish there. I love to see amazing views and explore historical sites.

I have worked in the travel industry for over 22 years. The reason I started in it was to get the great travel perks. They were much more generous years ago. I never had to pay for anything except food and gas. Nowadays I am lucky if I get 2 free tickets a year. I do get some free hotel styas but it is only usually 1 night so you have to pay for the others. It is not the same as it was.
My mom told me when I was growing up - Everyone has to work so why not work for a company with perks you love? Made sense to me.
