I have a really dizzy head, why would this be?

July 7, 2009 3:39am CST
I had a bit of a nightmare dream last night and I have woken up this morning feeling quite dizzy. I don't eat a lot during the day and haven't eaten much lately, not really proper meals. I have breakfast every morning and have a sandwich at work but I don't always eat in the evening after work. I remember feeling really hungry before I went to bed last night. Could this have something to do with why I am feeling dizzy today? I have never experienced anything like this before.

I definitely has to do with your diet. You need to eat enough food in the day so that you won't be hungry. If you don't eat enough food then your body will have to spend it's limited energy on parts of the body that really need it (the heart and the brain.) When you sit down there tends to a pooling of blood in the lower part of the body so it rushes to the head when you stand up (head rush.) When you have these you can get really dizzy and it can be hard to see if it's really bad. This is a warning from your body telling you that you need to eat more. Otherwise you body might start digesting you muscles for nutrients. I recommend eating more protein because that is what the body needs to work. If you eat lean meats or soy protein there tends to be limited amounts of fat and you will still have tons of energy to do stuff.

Proper diet is necessary to keep health. Besides, mind your room circulation. Oxygen is needed even during night. Turn off the computer, get outside for fresh air, and have a decent breakfast. Soon you might be well again.
