Do you have a pet??, If have which one??

Hi all, Actually i wanted to have a pet at my home, thinking of what to keep. My kids are really insisting me a lot to keep any. I wanna keep a pet that has a bit less management to do, as i don't have enough time to take care. What do you have as a pet, myself thinking about any birds or fishes(less time consuming), what you say??

I have a ferret but I wouldnt suggested on getting one of those they are very high maintance and love to play. How old are your children? Depending on age fish are usually a good pet to start out with. I got my children each a betta fish. Also hermit crabs are not so bad either.

My kids are 5 years and 3 years, and as kids we never had pet (atleast not me), so don't know much about maintance..., that's why thinking of some smaller ones only..

get 1 betta fish. and a small little tank. you can clean the take twice a week or use a turkey basser to suck out the stuff at bottom of tank and add water. I got my kids a betta fish at this age the 5 year old will be able to help with feeding which would be every other day

No I wish I had a dog though but my parents dont want me having one for some reason they think I wont take care of it wich I think I can handle a dog. Only problem is when I work wich will be hard for me to take care of one but I still want one and hopefully one day ill have one.

perhaps you can have some goldfish or beautiful little birds since you dont want too much trouble.i do have a pet, a dog as my very good friend but i think a mom with your kids may not have the leisure to walk and play with dogs.

Yep that's true, n somehow i do feel hygiene as a issue too with dogs....

i am having a dog ,you cant believe how good to have a dog ,they listen to you ,and always be their for your family . they are loyol. like cat , it difficult to manage ,they give up a family easily ,they dont remember ,they dont thankful...they go where can offer them best as for fish or something ,it is good indeed ,but alittle too quiet ,i cant get hapiness from it as i am still young .
