I came to know about this site recently..But I could not find a single payment proof for this site..Has anyone worked with this site earlier? It would be so nice if someone can help me with a payment proof for this site. Any positive or negative feedback about the site is welcome..I want to know if shorttask.com is a legitimate site to work or not?

I think the reason you haven't seen ShortTask payment proofs is because of their high payout level. I was quite interested in the site at first, but felt wary of doing so much work without perhaps getting anything out of it. Also, I wondered if a lot of the jobs weren't posted by the same person using different names. There might be a legitimate reason for that, but it made me feel a little uneasy about the whole site.

There's no question that shorttask is a trap. It lists 60,000 tasks but just about every task asks for a person to do something to promote one of shorttask's sibiling companies - all owned by A. Harrison Barnes who has a terrible reputation. Just do a search for "Harrison Barnes scam" and you'll see the proof. It makes sense that he would set up a site that pays between five to fifteen cents per task, sets the minimum payout at $50 and retains the sole discretion to accept or reject work already performed. Just stay away. If you want a better set-up then go to mTurk. Their payout threshold is $10.

Shorttask is a very bad site and it might be a scam. It is run by A. Harrison Barnes who has a reputation for screwing people and running crappy businesses. Almost every task on shorttask is designed to help promote one of his over 100 websites. At five to fifteen cents a task it will also take almost a month of steady work to get a check because he put a $50 minimum to collect in a user account before he pays out. It doesn't help that A. Harrison Barnes reserves the right to accept or reject a task after it is complete. If you're interested in this stuff, just go to mTurk because they at least have a $10 payout threshold.

i also just know it recently and after i checked the site now . they have lowed down the minimum payout from 50$ to 20$ already and most of those higher rate tasks are only available for usa members so that's not a good idea for international members at all. i think i may join it later .

Shorttask.com is definitely a good resource for us to earn at ease with simple tasks and for sure not at all a scam. I have been regular solver on it and get regular amount credited in my paypal account without fail. Tasks are also reviewed quickly and I don't smell any scam thing associated. So go ahead and make quick bucks.
