Doodling can help boost brainpower

Scribbling and Doodling in your notebook while listening to someone can help remember details, suggests a new study published in the journal 'Applied Cognitive Psychology'. in a survey by the Cognition Brain Sciences Unit in Cambridge, UK, scientists found that subjects who doodled while listening to a dull phone message had 29 percent better recall then their non-doodling counterparts, as they were less likely to lose their concentration

i am a doodler and i am not ashamed! lol seriously, i doodle a lot of the time but what i doodle is boxes in perspective and done so ever since grade 9 art which is where i learned to draw in perspective (this is drawing the horizon line and making things 3d).
