What are your most comfortable pairs of shoes?

I'm not the fancy-shoe type of gal; I just love my running shoes for just about anything because they're just so damned comfortable! Mine are a pair of 2-year old Adidas running shoes that have taken me from the one end of my city to the other.
Now, I'd like to know what the most comfortable pair you've ever worn is? It doesn't matter if it's a pair of 6-inch killer heels, slippers, or loafers. Let me know what kind of footwear they are, where you bought or got them and why you love those shoes so much!

I love my flat oxfords because they are incredibly comfy and are slightly more unique than your typical ballet flats. I also have a pair of oxfords which I adore as they're so well cushioned. However, nothing beats the comfort that my trusty chucks provide. I wear them each and everyday. :-)

I'm a guy that likes to dress well. I like to wear my Hugo Boss suit to go to parties and wear these beautiful black shoes with it. Yet my most comfortable and favorite pair of shoes are a pair of 2 year old, completely worn down, vintage Nikes. Just LOVE THEM!

My favorite shoes are any pair of flip flops. I really hate to wear shoes so I like anything that I can slip off if given the chance.

I love wearing my slip ons as I call them, they are my 'shoes' to walk in everywhere I go. To the grocery or to pick up the kids from school. They are just leather slippers that are comfortable on the feet while walking and I had them for a year now. Although there are times when I wear high heeled sandals for special occasions I still prefer those flat leathers that makes me wanna continue walking...

i work in a small office and have to look fairly respectable and so sometimes that means wearing shoes that are not the most comfortable. i got a pair of crocs for free (hand me downs) and find them pretty comfy and i have a pair of winter shoes that i bought last year that i like but i guess my slippers are the most comfy (does that count?)

Gotta be any pair of slippers that I have. Probably my big ridiculous claw slippers, cuz those will stay on no matter what! After that, flip flops, easily the best shoes for the summer

None.
Barefeet all the way when im at home.
Only wear dress shoes to work, gatherings, nights out, weddings etc.
The feet need exercise and subsequently use home to do that, or wear socks at the most.
For dress shoes, I like anything leather.
Sneakers or DC/VANS for semi casual.

Mine are a 2 year old pair of Filas. I use them for everything! Running, skating, basketball. I do have running shoes.. but I use these whenever for whatever. So durable! not tore up or anything. I love these shoes.

I like wearing my tennis shoes most of the time. I work in an office and still wear my sneakers most days. It seems like when I wear heels, I end up walking between the 2 buildings that we have, about 3-4 times. My feet are killing me by the end of the day. So I wear my tennis shoes. I go bare foot when I am at home.
