Hi demotay26, welcome to mylot. I am sorry for your dog buddy. Ten years is middle age for dogs. You have not specified its species and i don't think there is same life span for all breeds of dogs. I had pamarian and a German shepard. Pamarian lived for about a4 years and German shepard of about 16 years. I think this is because of worms on the fur for your doggie. Do go to VET and your dog's problem will be solved. They will prescribe you some sprays and powders which work effectively on regular usage.
