Did you ever cook spicy tomato?

Hi songfu, I'd saute some onions and garlic in olive oil with black pepper, add some chopped aubergines, roasted red peppers and tomatoes, then add a little water and simmer it down. When it's nearly done add some hot spicy chopped red chillies and serve it up with some crispy bread. Hope he likes it if you try it.
