Well we all need to drink water everyday of our life's its like fuel but how can we all drink more? I drink about 3 to 4 glasses a day but i don't think its enough and we don't really think that we need water for our body's to run except when were thirsty and dehydrated... don't you think so and what is the average amount of water you drink in a day?

Hi! Water is very important to the human body, but you shouldn't worry as much as you are. We get water from the food we eat, as well. All fruits and vegetables have a good amount of water in them as well as dairy and meat products if you eat those. Also, the eight glasses a day thing that you always hear is a general statement. I am a tiny woman and weigh only 100 pounds--imagine what would happen if I drank 8 glasses!
I actually don't drink straight water. I drink a lot of tea and some coffee, and some soymilk in an average day. But I do eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. Sometimes I'll eat raw sweet bell peppers which is really good for water content.
I definitely wouldn't worry about the amount you drink unless you've had cases of dehydration before. We get water from so many sources that drinking 8 glasses of straight water a day is simply unnecessary. I think you're doing great with three to four! :)
