Do your kids rely on the internet?

Do your kids rely on the internet, do they get on the internet way to much? Do you think the internet is bad or good? I'm 15 and im usually on the internet everyday, either on my computer, Ipod Touch, or my cell phone. If your kids get on the internet to much do you even know what they are on?? Do they chat?? Please reply with a good answer. Thanks
