recently i have read an article telling us a woman can love two men at the same time. i cannot understand why she could manage to do that.
personally, we can only love one person.
can you love two persons at the same time?

Well, it depends on what kind of love. If the love of family, sure, we can. I love my mom and my dad and my sister. I can love 3 person at the same time.
But if you are referring to the love between man and woman. My answer is no. I don't think you can love two people at the same time, you might attactived by them, but that sure not love, could be "Like".

what you are saying is right. however, it's really difficult for me to deal with the situation. i don't want to hurt them. but obviously, i cannot continue like this, you know.

No I believe you can only truly love on person at a time.. But the word love is often thrown around so much too.. Whereas some people have either forgotten what the word means, or have not experienced true love... I have never been in love with two people at once..
I think that article was off base... Any person may feel like they might be in love with two people at once.. But that is because of certain features of the two different people.. You may love this or that about one and then hate or dislike this or that about each one too... Love is pure, in order to experience true love you have to be true to yourself, and true to the other people that might be involved in your life.. It would be extremely unfair to keep two people that think they are in love with you, but you may think you are in love with the both of them.. But not really... Picking your other half can be a stressful decision to make.. In the end you have to face your self, and deal with the results of that decision..

yeah, what you are saying really makes sense. it's impossible for me to love two persons at one time, because in the end i have to face myself. love is pure. but when two people love you, and what will you do?
how to avoid huring their feelings? both of them are important to me too. they love me too. but i don't know how to deal with such affairs? i am so stressed and depressed.

I agree with you on this. You can love only one person at a time and that too sincerely. If a person loves another at the same time, then it is not love but infatuation as one gets attracted to the looks, the figure etc. Ypu can have true feelings for just one person and not many. I have not heard of the statement that you have made that a woman can love two persons at a time.

No, I am a one man woman. Normally a person may be attracted to more than one opposite gender . There are some girls who are capable of having been in more than one relationship. But I think this relationship is not qualified to call as love. It may be a relationship just for fun, security purpose, or any other purposes.
To love a person is to give your full love to only one, that's my perception. One who honestly and really in love could not afford to cheat his/her partner. If so either of these two is true for him/her. Or maybe none of these two is true.
True love is unconditional and faithful.
