yes I can suggest u people the best of best method to cure almost all of ur disease and if u dont hve one then u can prevent any disease! the answer to ur problem is 'PRANAYAMA' this is a breathing technique which originated in India and now many across the world follow it coz it has many fold benefit if are regular in this exercise.
now coming to the main part of it how it helps us?
sages from ancient India believed that our breathing pattern decides how long we will live and what behaviour the person posses and its a kind of true also coz jus notice when ur angry,nervouse,tense ur breathing becomes fast random...and when ur calm cool an at rest ur breathing is more satisfying ,slow,and hollow.but this happens unconciously.
so if u intentionally breath in a slow n relaxed manner u can control ur B.P.,heart beat can be minimize which leads to good health of heart,and the best part of it is u can breath with ur full lungs which normally we dont do.and each n every cell will get plenty of oxygen needed and thus it will increase ur lifespan too reducing senescence(old age).
How to do it?
wake up at early morning when sum just rises, drink half glass of water,and then sit in a comfortable posture with ur back straight.sit on a chair better way of sitting will be folding ur leg n crisscrossing it to sit on the ground.then take deep but slow breath.do it continuously become aware of ur breathing.to be aware u count each inhalation inhale and exhale 10 times slowly and deeply.
the with ur right hand thumb close ur right nostrill and do the inhalation and exhalation 10time. and then with ur left hand thumb close ur left nostril and repeat the process.
after this close ur right nostril with ur right hand thumb and inhale, then with ur right hand ring finger close ur left nostril simultaneously open ur right nostril to exhale by removing ur thumb of ur right hand repeat this cycle 10 time. then with ur left hand thumb close ur left nostril and inhale and the with ur left hand ring finger close ur right nostril simultaneously opening ur right nostril exhale repeat this 10 time.
in the beginning do it for max 10 to 15 minutes but as u proceed further and do it regularly u shud extend the timing to suit ur comfort
I CAN CHALENGE U PEOPLE.IF U JUST PRACTISE THIS TECHNIQUE ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR 1 OR TWO MONTHS U WILL DEFINITELY GET THE POSITIVE RESULT

yes the best way to keep ones health in good condition we can suggest the people this pranayam. in the same way we can also suggest peaple to drink lots of water as much as possible. i mean to say is that drink atleast 5 litres of water every day this will prevent from formation of calcium stones in kidney, and also it purifies our blood at every possible way it can, which makes us feel very light and active. in addition to this maintain a good diet. by boiled vegetables, fruits, healthy food avoid fast foods, spicy foods. maintaining of time for food is very important.
