what's the best gift for your loved one?

do you have any idea on how can i make my loved one's birthday a special one without having too much expense? i've done making him a cake doughnut,surprise him with baloons and give him hard to find pulp magazines.. any suggestions? my boyfriend is a rocker and more likely a bad boy (but not too much) hehehe thanks!

A compilation of his favorite rock songs would be great or you can give him a personalized rock shirt.
Basically, personalizing things would be easy on your budget.

you can make a collage using your pictures together. That's inexpensive but very creative. For sure he will appreciate the effort you put into it.
