I use in the winter a worm blanket, and in the summer a bed-sheet, but i really can t sleep if i don t have something to cover myself...but is strange, when i sleep i cover my head, but never my legs, if i don t have at last a sheet, i can t sleep...if i don t have something to cover myself i can t sleep, even out are 30 degree. Maybe i feel more safe when i sleep if i use a sheet or a blanket, i don t the reason, but if i don t feel that a sheet cover my head, i can t sleep any more. My mother laugh a lot when see me how i sleep, with free legs, no cover, but head all time cover. seems that people will sleep all life how they sleep when was kids.

I always have to have something cover me. I dont know why but I feel weird if nothing is on me. If its hot I try to just bear with it. I will stick my feet out from under the covers and that will help if im hot. I dont cover my head but I prefer to lay on my stomach.

I am the same way I can't sleep unless I have something over me. If it is really hot then I will just pull a sheet up over me but in the winter I have a couple blankets and a comforter I get cold really easily and I have a hard time warming up when I do get to cold.

Well, I tend to feel very warm at night even in the winter, so I prefer to leave the sheet and comforter for hubby. To make things worse I feel very constricted when I am covered - yes, clothes too, but I can't really stop using those LOL - and might have been the only child that didn't enjoy being tucked in by mom or dad when going to bed. Actually in time my parents realized that it was better to just leave things loose around me instead of tucking me in :) So as a rule I prefer nothing covering me. If it's really, really cold, I might feel it in the middle of the night and pull a corner of the covers over me, but it won't last long. I think that the only times I really stay covered is when I am sick, but then again, not for long LOL

I usally sleep with anything available. So if there's a blanket and its really cold, I would probably get that and cover myself with it. From head to foot but, its not always the whole body. A foot would be out, an arm, my head. I tend to move while sleeping so I somtimes wake up a limb exposed.. Here in our country, there are only two seasons, rainy and sunny but, it gets really cold during the last quarter of the year or when their is a typhoon brewing. I use to have my own blanket before but, these days, I just get what is available.

I use a bed sheet to cover myself.I will never use a blanket as it generates lot of heat to the body.In the summer season i am not able to cover because i sweat in the sheet.I have to cover to keep away from the mosquitoes. In the rainy and winter season here i will try to cover my body and foot excluding the face.Mostly in winters i use a double sheet to cover.

well, i only use a blanket or bedsheet if it is cold, otherwise i am very comfortable without covering myself. somehow, covering myself makes me feel suffocated and covering the face is a strict no for me. unless, it is extreme cold, i would prefer not to cover the face. even if i do it, i remove it without my conscience in the middle of the sleep. looking at people asleep is a nice thing to do. they look so innocent and cute.

Hello icesmile! I do not cover my face when sleeping. I won't feel comfortable doing that. I'd probably not get to sleep at all if I do that.

I use two or three warm blankets year round. I like to be warm when I sleep. My house has central air so my room is always cold. I hate that. I do not like to be cold. I have to have blankets to sleep. I have to have something over the top of me. It could be a coat or a hoddie or something, But I have to have some sort of a cover.

I need to cover myself with a blanket when I sleep, else I can't sleep. My blanket is neither too thick nor too thin. I have this habit of covering my face too, when I sleep.Even the slightest bit of light disturbs my sleep as I am a light sleeper, so I need to cover my face. In summers, my feet are outside the blanket, just as you. But during winters, I curl up like a question mark and my entire body is nicely tucked inside the blanket.

It's either a face towel, a blanket or a pillow. Or if still cant sleep, i bury my face head down in a pillow to block out any light.

I'm pretty picky about my sleeping arrangements too. Usually, I have 2 blankets, and since I sleep on my side, I keep one at my back and then part of the other one over me so I can bunch the rest up in front of me. If it's warmer weather, I usually don't cover all of me with the second blanket, but I have to have at least one foot and my waist covered. I also like to have my face buried in something, especially if the fan is on and blowing on my face. I don't like breathing in too much air. I'm weird. Hahaha. I think I just like to feel all snuggled in. I enjoy colder weather more because I like bundling up in cozy blankets.

I always use bed sheets to cover myself, whether it is summer or winter. Here is how I cover myself, as the temperature decreases: During the summer, or otherwise, very warm, I use a bed sheet to cover just my feet. I feel so uncomfortable if they aren't covered. As it gets cooler, I pull the bed sheet higher & higher up my body, eventually stopping at my neck. Then, I add a bedspread on top of the bed sheet. With the bed sheet at my neck, the bed spread starts at my legs & is pulling higher as the temp decreases. In the winter, I exchange the bedspread for a thicker comforter & cover up with that & the bed sheet, still. If the night if particularly cold, then I put an additional blanket on top.

I sleep with a sheet and a comforter. I dont care how hot it is I still have to have my sheet and comforter. I put the covers around my neck and snuggle into them. I have to have something covering me so I can be all wrapped up. My husband sleeps with no covers unless its winter and then he tries to steal my covers.

Usually a comforter. I atleast need my butt covered no matter what the temp is. Oh and we each have our own comforter as otherwise we'd be playing tug of war all night *LOL*

I always need something to cover me when i go to sleep. I use a sheet and i even use a comforter and in the summer time. It's just a comfort i guess. If it gets really hot sometimes i will just use a sheet but i need something to put my arm on when i'm on my side so i usually put a pillow under my arm. Thank way i'm comfortable and can fall asleep. I also like to sleep with an eye mask cause i'm very light sensitive.

I find I'm either HOT or COLD...when I'm hot, I just like to cover my torso for some reason. When cold, I'm bundled up to my chin in a big comforter. I find sheets to be a waste of time, they don't keep you warm anyway. I can't stand to have my head covered either, feels like I'm suffocating when I do that. Even when cold, I often have my feet peeking out, lol.

I use a bed sheet in summer, and I, too, cant sleep without something cover on my body even it's 35 degrees. Your sleeping with a sheet cover in your head is really odd, was it hard to breathe? I often sleep with my sheet covered and my fan's on blewing at me even it's not hot at all.hehe.
