It's really a good intention to set up such website, that helps others getting the necessary software. It's also good that you have provided introduction for each software, and categorized them well. I'd suggest it may be better if you can provide a comparison of those software in the same category. For example, if I want to look for anti-virus programs, but I have no idea which program I should install. If there is a comparison chart, then it makes me easier to make the decision. Also, perhaps some screen shots of the programs will make the visitors understand better about the programs, also it will make the web site more lively. It's only my personal opinions.

Wish you will add more resources, because everyday some new virus or malware is released, and is really important have lot of different tools to fight them. I prefere to use on demand scanner, and I found that using more tools helps me in find much more things. In fact, sometimes a tool don't recognize what another tool find and destroy. The job you're doing is really interesting, if you will beable to add new programs on a weekly basis, I guess your site will became a really interesting site. I found interesting the anonimous surfing section. I tried some of the web based proxy you published, and they seems to be good. I've also downloaded the proxy server list, and seems useful.
