It depends on what the money would be used for. If it would be for housing, food, clothing, or charity then sure. But only if it would be used for something good.

Dear Tayudo, It depends on what they are going to do with the 500 dollars. If it's for charity or something, i'd give it. But if it was for his own personal, greedy need, and he could afford it himself, i defenitely would not. I know it's just one dollar, but what would happen if like 500 people came to me, all asking for one dollar each, and i gave them all money. Then i would have lost 500 dollars myself.
