The number next to your name represents the number of posts that you have started that have received atleast one response plus the number of responses you have made on other posts. So if you have started 10 posts and all of them have had atleast one response and you have responded to 20 diferrent posts then the number would be 30. Hope this helped, have fun on myLot.

The numbers next to your name is the number of posts you've made. The star and number above other people is a star you receive after 100 posts, the number in the star is your rating that other people rate you on your posts, with 10 being the best! That's the plus and minus sign you see next to others posts! Hope that helps you! tdemex

Ok I know that you have been answered already but i want to answer too so...
The number thats between those ( ) next to your name is equal to the number of discussions you have started and at least received 1 response more the number of responses you did, if a discussion where you posted is deleted by the myLot staff for some reason you will lose that one so don't be afraid if you lost 1 because it's normal that some not convenient or inappropriate discussions are deleted by the staff.
The star that's before the name with a number is the star that you receive when you reach (100) the star is given to you depends on the rates you have from your responses, discussions and comments in order to give you something that reffer your reputation in myLot and i think it increases your earnings but I'm not sure of that...
Happy myLot my friend!
