Do u still listen / buy audio cassettes?

I was wondering if any of u still listen to tape recorders cos i dont anymore.i still have a box full of old audio cassettes but since i dont use my tape recorder nor my walkman eversince i got my laptop and mp3 player so its just lying unused and i dont know what to do with them. I have a friend who still listens to her walkman and carries it when ever she travels but since whe ahve differnt music taste i dont think she will take them.
What about u?? do u still listen to ur old cassettes sometimes or it is lying unused like mine& what do u plan to do with it

Its a wonder how technology can rapidly change peoples interest in gadgets...I do look at audio cassetes when i head down to my audio/ video shop but I haven't got any players left to play them in. Rest assured, these divine inventions will certainly go down in history- Imagine your kids learning about who invented them.

ya doreeen...i totaly agree with u.i can very well imagine my kids or grand kids saying to thier frends...dude ..look.. mom used to listen to this thing during her good old days lols..

I still have my collection of cassettes tapes since highschool. Im a music lover. I got this hobby of memorizing the song lyrics through listening cassette tapes and playing it frequently until I got it.

I don't have a walkman or an cassette player... so it is not practical for me to buy one... and i don't think they are still available in stores... because most music store have only cd's... but i still my cassette tapes at home... but they are just in a box...

I had no chance of buying a walkman in my school days.Even now i own a laptop and listen to songs in my mobile.I wish to have a walkman right now.But i am worried about the quality of sound the tape can produce.I dont know whether to choose walkman or to go for an ipod....
