Watermelon is a fruit that consist of large quantity of nutrients moreover it does not at all have fats and cholestrol,so it is avery good fruit for those who are trying to reduce their weight aor fluffyness.
Banana consist of large quanitiy of potassium and it increases yyour energy level instantaneously ,moreover it act like amedicine for those pepole suffering from high blood pressure.
Tiredness of eyes can be removed by putting slices of potato and cucumber on the eyes .

I have all of those foods in my fridge right now..
I am trying to lose weight now...
I thought the watermelon thinned your blood and stopped the flow of cardiovascular consumption of insymnes, therefore not helping a person's body loss weight ....
But, I still like the taste of the fruit, I guess I was wrong..
