I have school girl friend which take contraceptive pillbox, because she was sick, and after a lot he look better:D I mean he was more sexy. Do you know that kind of hormons?

Maybe your girl took progestational hormone which is one of the ingredients of contraceptive durg.

I heard there are really supplements that can make you gain weight, but I don't know specifically what are those. For my experience, I just eat more than I used to, for gaining weight. Then for having big muscles, I use dumbels. Lift dumbels every time you like. That's why I have a big arms right now and good chest. But not like the bodybuilder body. I just work out at home. I eat a lot, but I am that kind of guy that eat-and the food make up in energy, I am 1,76 and 64 Kg. Full of energy but I want muscle:))
