Okay I have a photo shoot soon and I can't seem to get rid of the small pooch that I have and the crunch thing isn't cutting it for me. I used to have a mean six pack to be a girl and since Ihave graduated I gained three extra pounds in my butt and the two in my stomach. SO what exercises can I do that won't cost me a gym membership or buying any machines or anything else?

Well seeing as you had a six pack before I would say it is more of your diet that you need to focus on instead of lifts and workouts. Depending on how close you are to the photoshoot, I would recommend cutting your carbs back a fair amount, as this will force your body to start taking calories out of your fat, although this is not a good long term solution. I wouldn't recommend doing it for more than a few weeks, maybe a month tops. Otherwise, your energy levels will plummet and it will become counter-productive.

Embrace your curves! I can't imagine that 5 pounds is going to make or break the photo shoot. But if it is a pooch than it's a small layer of fat over your abs... yes? You can do crunches to kingdom come and it won't make a difference to your pooch. You need a fat burning exersize to get rid of a pooch. Not a muscle building exersize.
Promise me something though, however you decide to approach this do it the smart way, K?

I guess that there are many things that you can do to take pictures and take photos. I often think that there are things that make you look better in pictures. One of them is to put your chin and neck out so that you can take a picture like a model.

I agree with dhowarth. If you have fat deposits, the only way to loose the pooch is to lose the fat. Keep up the crunches, but be sure to work the obliques too. Eat more raw fruit and veggies. Up your protein and do a search for the MUFA diet. It's not really a diet, more of an eating program that revs up your metabolism. You'll have more energy, so you'll burn more calories.
