I got thinking today after someone was teasing my dad he dyed his hair (he hadnt but hes almost 50, blonde and his grey really doesnt show so people seem to think he does)
Is it socially acceptable for men to dye their hair when they start going grey. I know many women do and that is is accepted. I know men who pluck grey hairs from their beards and side burns...others who are almost totally bald.
If you;re a guy what do you do pluck, dye or go au natural?

"Socially acceptable"? Do you really think it matters what others think? Ask yourself this... Do you want your dad to be happy? Do you think he will be happy doing what "others deem socially acceptable" rather than what he would like to do with his own body.

of course, I even prod my husband to dye his hair since his gray hair is showing, he's also starting to develop a bald spot so I asked him to utilize the aloevera plant we have to stop the bald spot from getting bigger.
I don't think it's wrong for me to want to or try to look good or even younger. Just as long they want it for themselves.

I don't see why not. There are lots of products on the market for men who want to change the colour of their hair whether it's grey, or whether they just want to change their hair to a different colour as a lot of women do. People can do whatever they want, for whatever reason they want.
