Glasses

I am near-sighted, so I need glasses for things far away. I really only wear them during class so I can see the screen and board though. Some times I use them as sunglasses because they have transition-lenses, and they look nice when the lenses become dark.

Yup I wear glasses not all the time though for reading I'm ok don't need them.. When driving I need them, I'm near sighted and need to be able to see ahead of me... Sometimes when I wear them non stop and take them off though and look at something a bit far across the room I need them to see sometimes.. Things do tend to get a bit blurry after my eyes have adjusted to them for awhile..

Yes, I do... I have varifocals which took a bit of getting used to. They made the ground seem much closer which, when you're only 5 feet 2 in the first place is pretty scary! I currently have 2 pairs because I have reactolite lenses in one pair so they double up as sunglasses.

I only wear reading glasses ,my sight otherwise is very good.

Hi smartie0317, I wear glasses but only when I do outing. I rarely use it in house. Sometime when I watch other language movie on t.v, I wear it because need to read the subtitles. I have no problem to read newspaper or using my lap top without glasses. Happy mylotting and have a nice day.

I wear glasses mostly for distance, I don't need them to read. I have the Gov. Sarah Palin style glasses from way before she ever became popular. She also has my haircolor and hairstyle, so I'm considering making some different changes soon.
