In most of cases, children go for class to learn after hearing what the class teacher used clarify his doubts in the presence of other collegues. when a person used sleep and snoring in the class room, that perticular person/individual has to taken to the Qualified doctor for the dioguenise, the diseach associated to the perticular person/individual who used to sleep in the class. I think it is better to the Doctor after consultation with consultant in this regard. there may be very serious problems associated to that not concentrating in a class. use always precoutions before hand in this regard.

Well but perhaps the simples solution would be yours. I think I'll give it a try tomorrow. Yup.

I have fallen asleep in class a few times myself but only through boredon or from being exhausted. I recall at least one occassion when as a class we decided to ask a tutor for that class session to go and rest.
Possibly your mind is not being engaged enough so you cant stay awake or you have a medical condition best diagnosed and treated by a professional. You might want to start with your school's doctor or nurse who can refer you if needs be.
It is more of a common occurence than you may realise. Others may say try some brain food tablets but I believe its best to go to a professiona firdt. All the best of luck and I hope you get over it soon.

well to solve this problem you should always have something in your mouth to chew on or to suck on. it makes staying awake much easier. maybe doodle but still listen. ask the teacher for advice foe staying up. usually when we ask our teacher though he usually makes us stand up the whole period to teach us a lesson. and theres this oone class where the teacher always pops in a movie historical and we all just fall out. so we told him not to turn off the lights for now on it triggers us to go take a nap. n yes i have this encounter. i sleep through most of my classes but these tips help me. and mostly its ok if i go to sleep the teacher doesn't care as long as i finish my work super early which i do. i go to sleep in the library sometimes for lunch so i can be wide a wake for my next class. i never get enough sleep only like 4 hours a night. i could never fall alseep early.

I didn't feel dizzy before fell sleep in a class. I fell sleep when I try to understand more... When I try to concentrate. The subject is interesting. But yes I still fell asleep.
Well I thank you for your answer about have understanding teachers as I do have them with me here... At least I have a sleeping in class friend :)
