Joe Sakic Retires.

I know this is strange coming from a Red Wing fan but I will miss Joe. He was a great player. What skills. And evn though he played for the hated Stars, I don't personal hate him.All my best wishes Joe.

His hockey career is far from over.His phone will be ringing off the hook with coaching opportunities any time now.One of the greatest players,and class acts game has ever seen.

Joe has always been my favorite player. He's such a class act. Super clutch man. Such a cool and humble guy. We'll definitely miss him on the ice. But P.S. - Joe played for the Avalanche, not the Stars. ;)

He definitely is one of the great ones. Too bad he ran into all those injuries the last year. He and Yzerman are so similar. He's like the left-handed Yzerman.

You are so right. I never thought of it but it is true. I love Stevie Y. I still miss him. Both guys were tough and had class.
