I don't mind helping some... it all depends on what kind of website you want to design. You'll also have to choose a hosting service, which I have found out can be really tricky! Let me know more details and I will be glad to answer any questions I can!

A simple site is pretty quick t set up. The trouble is in finding a free hosting service. But once you can secure the hosting service whoever you may choose, setting up the site is easy.

It depends on what you want to do with the site and your budget. If it is a personal site, you can use free web hosting service then use their web builder service or use learn some html, javascript, css and php and do it urself.

Depend on what website you want.
If you just want a normal website,
or a blog,
just buy a hosting and most of them have built-in website builder (free).
You can also hire a designer for building your website.
