When this movie came out, I thought it would not be that great. I was really wrong about that. The movie ended being very addictive to me. I will watch it anytime that it comes on TV, plus I have it in CD also. I guess just the thought of a young girl going from broke to rich is exciting. What do you think?

Pretty Woman movie was the pretty amazing movie i'd ever watched, it was so excellently made, from the story plot, to the characters who played and director...WOW!i first watched it when i was at the age of 10? or 11? and i have seen it countless times now, since then. i say it's a MUST SEE MOVIE in our life. there are many great scenes that you will admire most and how joyful you felt for the characters are best fit to each other. they were so natural. and yes once you saw it, you'll be addicted for the rest of your life. PRETTY WOMAN movie was just too great!two thumbs up for the movie!

Oh yes a very good movie. I am surprised that they never came out with part 2. I would love to have seen what happened with their lives after they got together for good. Oh well I guess that they wanted us to think only the good things out of life. Thanks for sharing and have a good day. Keep smiling.

I loved Pretty Woman. It was such a romantic movie. Who would ever think that true love could blossom between a hooker and a business tycoon.

I know that is what I think. I feel that if someone like her in the movie could find love and change her whole life around then anyone can do the same. To me it gives hope for the lost ones out in the world. Have a nice day and thanks for your thoughts..

Hey there, rosepedal64... Not only DID I love the movie Pretty Woman, but I still DO and ALWAYS will. *big smile* In fact, just like you wrote - it is SO very addictive to me, as well, and I also watch it any time it's on TV. Doesn't matter how many times I've seen it. It's one of my most favorite movies, ever! I'm just disappointed if I don't catch it from the beginning, because unlike you, I don't have a CD of it. *lol* I don't even remember what I thought about the movie when it originally came out. But the story line is so cute and even though she IS a "workin' girl" - *grin* - it was so well done and tastefully portrayed in the movie. Plus, Julia & Richard just seemed to have such a natural chemistry between them that really came across on screen. Perhaps that's partly why I also enjoyed the movie. firefox333 P.S. I saw on your profile where you're also kind of new here, like me. Hope to see ya around again soon. *smile*

Yes I still and all will enjoy this movie. I get so involved with the show. I think it sends a message out to the adult world, more so now then ever.

I love this movie, up to this day. I was looking forward to pretty woman 2 but, I guess not. Richard Gere and Julia Roberts made a great match in the show and I was hoping they would end up together in real life. Julia acted the part excellent, she missed out nothing playing her part. Going from broke to Rich must be a good feeling because, you're able to afford everything you want in life now. I guess that is a good feeling.

In the adult eyes,I think it tells a story on its own. You can be in the gutter and come back with a bang. With the right leader anything can be possible.

Me too!! "Pretty Woman" is the sort of movie I'm usually not into, but I got hooked. It's kind of neat to see Julia Roberts' character evolve into an elegant woman. I don't own it, but I have watched it every time I've seen it come on TV. I have a cassette take of the soundtrack (I need to replace it with the CD version - hee hee!). Perhaps it's not realistic, but it is a happily ever after ending type movie.

You know in the movie she always wanted that fairy tale ending. That is what she got. I really watching anything that she is in. She is just a good actress. I really enjoyed this movie. To me it shows that you can always better yourself no matter what your situation is....

Oh my goodness, that is one of my favorite movies. I think it is the one that got me hooked on Richard Gere. Ever since then, I have tried to watch anything that I see with him in it. I also like Julia Roberts. But the two of them together was even better. It is definitely one of those movies that you can watch over and over. Another good one, that I don't see on very often, is 'The Game' with Michael Douglas. I think that is the movie that got me hooked on him. Have you seen that one? He is such a great actor, and that movie really keeps you on the edge of your seat. It seems like I still don't know what to expect, even though I have seen the movie a few times. If you haven't seen it, you should definitely check that one out. I usually like romantic comedies, but every now and again a good action movie catches my eye if it has the right actors or actresses. Hope you are doing well. I've been quite busy so haven't been on here as much as I would like. Plus, I see that this discussion is 9 months old....it's great that it's still going. 8) Have a 'Happy Easter'!
