I have been looking for a particular recipe. It is a Lemonade Cake with sugar frosting. It is made with Lemonade in the cake mix and the frosting is a glaze type frosting. My mom use to make this kind of cake when I was younger. I thought I had found it once, but it just wasn't the same. Let me know if you think you may have or know where to find the recipe I'm looking for.

The recipe that I have for lemonade cake uses lemon jello. The icing uses lemonade concentrate and sugar. Not sure of this is what you're looking for but I can attest that it is very good! 1 package white cake mix 1 package lemon jello, diluted in 2/3 cup hot water 4 eggs 2/3 cup vegetable oil Frosting: 6 oz. frozen lemonade 2/3 c. sugar Mix first four ingredients together and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350°F for one hour. Boil lemonade and sugar together and pour over cake right out of the oven. Let the cake cool in pan before turning out

I don't know if this is the same type of cake you are talking about and are looking for a recipe but here is one that I found that my mom actually uses for her recipe and its phenominal. The website is www.nolemonjuice.com/no_lemon_juice/2007/10/lemon-yogurt-ca.html Good luck... I hope this is what you are looking for. If not reply and let me know and I will keep looking for you ;)
