if you had to fry everything you ate or grilled it which one would you choose.

well i loved everything i eat to be fried and or crispy. i even like my cookies crispy but i guess i would choose grilled because i don't want to get fat from all the grease if i fry everything. but if wouldn't get fat i would fry everything i eat. what about you if you couldn't get fat would you fry or grill everything you eat?

I love fried food very much, but I only eat this outside. At home, I prefer to grill - it's cleaner and less messy. Fortunately I don't get fat easily, so I can eat all the fried food I like; the only problem is my throat. Too much fried food will give me a sore throat!

If I had to choose to either fry or grill all of my food, I would most definately choose to grill it. Fried food is SOO fattening and bad for your body, not to mention tastes disgusting after a while. Where as you can grill almost everything and change the flavor of your charcoal everytime if you wanted to switch it up! Grilling is soo healthy for you because as long as you grill on an open flame all of the extra fat and grease just drips off into the coals! My husband and I grill almost every day of the week during the summer. It's quick, convienent and also does'nt make our house heat up 20degrees from having the oven or stove on!
