Me, I hate her.
I think she's is the original definition of "Racist". She won't come to a case and look at it as who did what as why, she'll just look at the colour of ones skin and then decide what to do. Whatever the hell she thinks she's doing, well I can see through it, she can't fool me!

I don't believe that she would have come as far as she has if she was the obvious racist that you make her out to be. I haven't looked at her record yet so I have no opinion...good or bad...about her at this time...but overt racist...no, I do not agree with you at all.

You do realize that she was nominated by George H Bush for her seat on the district court in New York in the 90's???? So its not just "bloody idiot" democrats that liked her.

Perhaps you have some facts to back up your claim that she doesn't look at who did what and why but only looks at the color of one's skin? I'd like to see them...if they exist.

I agree with you. They seem to have forgotten that justice is supposed to blind. She is not and has no problem saying so. She scares me. Alos keep in mind that Ginsberg is stepping down. Lets see what Obama comes up with for that spot!

our country is going down the drain fast. Pretty soon we'll be waged war on and someone is going to put us into 'slavery' - which, historically after one country waged war another, that's what usually happened. anyway. Yeah, I hope she gets the rejection hotline number!

I don't hate her, but the fact that she is Pres. Obama's choice leaves me uneasy. Anyone he picks can't be good for the country, lol.
