I was just watching on TV about beer, turns out that originally beer was very healthy. Beer use to help with kidney, liver and stomach problems. But then brewers wanted to make more money faster so they started to cut corners by adding chemicals that would speed up the process and prolonged shelf life. They cut the brewing time by 12 days and instead of healthy beer we now have beer that is very unhealthy. Beer they make now damages kidneys, liver and stomach instead of helping these organs. the real beer is sold is Europe in some pubs, but i can't find anything in the US... It's a shame, I think my brother would've loved it. I tried to find more about this beer on line, but I couldn't find anything in English, did find a lot in Russian though (my native language). From Russian it translates as life beer. I say keep beer alife, don't kill it. How about everyone else? wouldn't you want to drink beer that tastes good and is healthy?

That's very interesting. It's the same way with soda. A long time ago, soda was infused with all kinds of minerals and medicines, and was supposed to be a tonic for your health. Now soda is just full of sugar and chemicals that are horrible for us. I make a real ginger ale at home that's actually quite healthy.

yes, it happens to so many foods and drinks... there is one drink made from bread that is very healthy, but the only way to get all the health qualities from it now is to make it yourself. the one they sell in stores is nothing but sugar, water and artificial garbage
