to let out the frustration of what is going on. This way you can get up and deal with the problems of the day.
Today was one of those for me. I got up, came online to work on my programs and while I was doing this my screen on my laptop decided to start jumping or blinking, whatever you want to call it. So I cleaned the files, then I shut it down to restart see if the would work, NOPE not happening. So I go and get a older laptop out that I haven't used since I let someone else use it until they threw it back to me saying they didn't need it anymore. Welll I know why now... Virus's, trojan's, and worms... Yep this one is running as slow as molasses. I am working on getting those cleared off of here. If not I will have to find the restore disk... thats going to be a trick tooo...
I go and try and start the other computer to see if maybe just being off for awhile would help.. ummm NO I actually lost the screen, it went black..
With no money at hand I have to deal with this one and hopefully get it working a bit better...
That was only apart of what is going on for me right now and it felt like the world was going to crash in on me today. So I went out side had a good cry, came back in and went to work on this one. Needless to say it has taken most of the day just to get it working this far. There is more that I need to do, and I will.
I am thankful that I have this one to be able to get online and still do some of the work I do, do.
Do you have a day where it just seems everything is crashing in on you and you just cry or yell or take a break for a moment?

I'm so sad to hear that from you. we cannot avoid this kind of problem. I have also experience being a victim of Trojan virus. It took me almost three months not being online because of this problem. I had no choice that time but to restore my computer. With your concern, i always do that if I am alone. I am far from my family. I'm all alone in the city. I can't control myself crying if I'm alone. i'm missing them. So what I am doing is making myself busy to avoid loneliness. If you are in this kind of situation, it is very important that you are very strong to face or fight for your feelings.

Yes, you are right. Somedays are really bad enough. Once I was just remembering the bad things happened in my life. I was just crying and crying whole day until I get relief. After that I find that I am alright. I felt that crying really reduced my pain and I was fine.

yes we all do have those times. There was this one time that I've been scolded for my actions. It came to a point that my father doesn't want to enroll me in my school. It feels so heavy and all you want to do is cry. Then i talked to my grandmother about it. she told me to stay strong and swallow my pride. It really worked for me. As for your case, try to eat chocolates, unsweetened if your diabetic, or just walk with a friend. You can also try going to places that'll make you laughÜ

When I get frustrated or I feel down I tend to never let people see me as so. I will usually take out my frustration on a pillow until I feel calm enough to be around people again and If I ever feel sad I will go to the restroom take a look in the mirror and tell myself that I am better than this. It helps for me. You should try it sometime, just take a good look at yourself in the mirror and think about all you have lived for and why you must not let yourself feel down just for this one occasion.

Yes, I've had and it is probablythose will keep coming! Remember: "Grass is always greener in the other side of the fence" but "the bottom of the pot it's only known to the spoon". You did great having a good cry out! Always a good cleanse to the soul! Take a good breath and force yourself to find a couple of things that are a blessing, give thanks for those and gather courage to continue, telling to yourself that things are getting better! My best wishes to you!

Hey,
Well yea, some days are really bad for me, but I don't just sit down and cry. I stand up, remove all the dust on me, and I just try and never think about all the bad times. When I do this, it makes me happy so I don't think about what has happened in the past. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

What a bad day you had..i'm so sorry to read your story...
Everyone had experienced a bad day...with all kind of their problems...
and surely everything seems like worst at that time...
Sometimes we just don't know what to do..then cry or yell to relief your upset..
But better not too excessive with your problems...
Every problem there is definitly way out...
cheer up...
